Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
 + SingPost Tracking Mail (+SGD$1) - 2 to 5 working days (With tracking)
 + Courier (+SGD$4) - 1 to 3 working days (With tracking)
No Shipping Fees for all local orders above $50.

Shipping Cost
We offer International Shipping to most countries. Please email us for your location and order for details.

Delivery Time
On very rare occasions, local and international shipping may take a longer time. We will do our best to communicate this before you place an order and work with over logistic team to resolve any issues that may cause delay.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not have any control over these fees and is not responsible for fee reimbursements. 

Package Safety
All shipped orders become the responsibility of the shipping courier. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact the courier to open an investigation and a resolution. We may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please write to us immediately at hello@flybt.co to see if we are able to make any adjustments to your order. If the order hasn't been shipped out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to or contact the courier service to reroute.
