Warranty Policy

Flybt Warranty Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Flybt. By registering your product online, you are entitled to a 6 month warranty, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 The warranty is valid for 6 month from the date of purchase, provided the product is registered online within 30 days of purchase.
1.2 This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
1.3 Flybt will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product or component.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or modifications.

  • Physical damage such as drops, crushing, or liquid exposure.

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g. scratches, scuffs, fading).

  • Loss, theft, or damage due to improper handling or installation.

  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or sources.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

  • Register your product online within 30 days of purchase.

  • Keep and present your original purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

  • Contact our support team at hello@flybt.co for claim instructions.

  • If it was received as a corporate gift, please take a picture of the original packaging and the back of the adapter when registering.

If necessary, you may be asked to return the product for inspection before a repair or replacement is issued.

4. Additional Terms
 

4.1 Any repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

4.2 Flybt is not responsible for any data loss during service.
4.3 Non-warranty repairs or services may incur charges, which will be quoted before proceeding.​
